Acupuncture

Homeostasis is the goal to maintain health and wellbeing.

Your body is constantly working towards this goal and acupuncture is a safe, effective method of correcting imbalance while benefitting the immune system.

Living in a state of harmony with our body, mind and spirit is a goal that can easily get derailed.

If you have decided it’s your time to get on track, I am here to help.

This modality can be used as an adjunct therapy during your regular acupuncture session (at no additional cost) but is often used as a stand alone therapy.

Great for group healing sessions, ear acupuncture is accessible and helpful for many ailments.

Cupping

Cupping is a Traditional Chinese Medicine technique used to loosen tight muscles, bring better circulation and blood flow to areas of concern. Cupping helps to alleviate soreness and assists in releasing tight fascia from the muscle. (Fascia is the collagen-like sheath webbing that encases all muscles of the body).

By creating a pressure on the skin's surface, the cups will adhere to the body and creative an internal suction in the cup which to most people will feel relief immediately.

Cupping is not only used for sports injury and tight muscles, it helps with colds, coughs and even digestion.
