Tips for Treatment Time:

Allow a few minutes to park or for other unforeseen circumstances and avoid rushing into your appointment. 

Wear comfortable or loose clothing.

Eat something within the few hours prior to treatment.

Plan for a few hours of non-vigorous activity after your session.

Disclose any and all medical history, including past experiences with needles, recent illnesses or hospitalizations. 

What to expect from your treatment

One of the tools in my treasure chest of a medical kit is the acupuncture needle. I actually have boxes of them, but will use on average ~ 14 needles on one patient, per treatment. Of course, this varies depending on your presentation. The needles are always new, sterilized, single use and then disposed of per clean needle technique guidelines.
